Paulo is a Logistics Manager at Ryder Logistics, where he has been serving with excellence for the past eight years. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and brings extensive experience across the logistics, finance, and accounting sectors. Paulo’s professional journey is deeply shaped by values of integrity, stewardship, collaboration, and faith, which guide both his leadership and decision-making.

Alongside his corporate career, Paulo has devoted over a decade to youth development and faith-based service. He served for more than ten years as a chapter leader and board member with Youth For Christ Brazil, where he also co-founded Projeto Farol, an educational initiative that has supported over 500 young people in preparing for post-secondary education. Paulo firmly believes that education is a powerful tool for transformation, opening doors to opportunity and helping break cycles of poverty.

With over 20 years of experience leading worship, Paulo’s heart for ministry is expressed through music, mentorship, and outreach. He has been actively involved in missionary trips throughout Brazil and has led school outreach programs in partnership with Youth For Christ Brazil, supporting students, educators, and communities with compassion and purpose.

Paulo is passionate about using his professional expertise and spiritual gifts to serve others, contribute to meaningful initiatives, and reflect Christ’s love through leadership.
